How can I contact you?

What personal data do we hold?

As part of the e-commerce service at Zafferano we collect a range of important information. We will not use this for anything other than your transaction with us – unless you have actively opted in to our marketing correspondence.

These items of personal information are: email address, first name, last name, shipping and/or billing – address and postcode, phone number (optional), payment card number, cardholder name, expiry date and CVV number.

How can I have my personal data removed?

To have all your personal information removed from our system please contact info@supremecourtshop.uk

Are all Supreme Court products available online?

Unfortunately not all Supreme Court products are available online, but many items from the shop are available to order from our customer service team on +44 (0)20 7960 1979.

Can I place an order online for an Educational Visit or a tour of the Supreme Court?

Can I hire spaces in the UK Supreme Court to have an event in?

Placing an order

Do I have to sign up to place an order?

No, you do not have to sign up to place an order. You can simply select ‘Check Out’ from the Shopping Basket page and continue without registering. You will need to provide an email address to receive your order confirmation.

How can I tell if my order has been successful?

After placing an order you will receive a confirmation email from info@supremecourtshop.uk

Please note, as of 14 September 2019 you may be required by your bank to authenticate your order using a unique code generated in your banking app or sent to you via SMS (text message). This is in accordance with the revised Payment Services Directive, and is designed to protect you from fraud. To complete your order, please enter your unique code when prompted.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Please contact our customer service team on +44 (0)20 7960 1979 or info@supremecourtshop.uk where we can arrange a cancellation, refund or exchange. Please note that orders that have been shipped cannot be cancelled but may be returned in line with the returns policy.

What types of payment do you accept?

We currently only accept payments made by Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit and debit cards.

When is payment processed?

Payment is processed once your order is placed and you have received your confirmation email.

Do I have to pay VAT?

All online orders including orders sent internationally are subject to UK VAT.

Do you ship products internationally?

Yes, please visit our Delivery page for pricing.

How do I know when my order has been dispatched?

You will receive a dispatch email from info@supremecourtshop.uk  as soon as your order is dispatched.

Can I change the delivery address after I have ordered?

If your item has not yet been dispatched please contact us on +44 (0)20 7960 1979 or info@supremecourtshop.uk so we can change the delivery address

What happens if I’m not in when the parcel arrives?

The delivery driver will attempt to leave a card if you are not in, advising you to collect your parcel from a depot or request an alternative date for your delivery.

Do deliveries need a signature?

Most UK deliveries won’t require a signature. Deliveries to overseas addresses, however, will often require a signature.

Are there any types of products that can’t be delivered to my country?

This will depend on your own countries customs regulations and some items may have restrictions.

Can I send orders to multiple addresses?

If you would like to send your order to multiple addresses please call us on +44 (0)20 7960 1979 or email info@supremecourtshop.uk – delivery charges will apply to each location.
